Are weekly or monthly rates available?
Yes, at both properties, with a minimum stay of 7 nights for weekly rates and 28 nights for monthly rates, subject to availability. View the rate chart
Is a lease required?
No. Our properties are governed by Quebec’s Act respecting tourist accommodation establishments and are not subject to the Tribunal administratif du logement. A simple rental agreement is signed upon arrival, with no commitment beyond the reserved period. Learn more about long-term stays
Is housekeeping included for long-term stays?
Routine room upkeep is the guest’s responsibility. Housekeeping service is available upon request for $25 per service.
Can I receive mail at the hotel?
No. The property does not receive or handle postal mail.
